Hi waneos !
We fish in the fjords with lures, jigs and wobblers. Also bait fishing is very good. You don't need any license to fish in the fjords unless you are fishing for salmon and seatrout. If fishing for Salmon, Seatrout or Arctic Char you will need a governmental license. This license can be purchased at the norwegian post offices. Fishing in the rivers and lakes is a different story. Most places there is a local fishing licence. If you want to fish on rivers or lakes that contain salmon, anadrome arctic char or Seatrout you will in addition to the local license need the governmental license.
The income from this license goes to a good cause. Cultivating the rivers and lakes to asure the stock of anadrome salmon fish for the future.

Do you have any boat awalable? Or are you going to fish from shore, only?
From boat i would recomend wobblers. From shore i would use lures and jiggs manly, but you got to find out what you like to fish with. Personally i find wobbler-fishing from shore difficult, but again, that's me.

Skitt fiske!
